Myriad Memory stands fully behind every piece of memory sold. Therefore, we offer a full lifetime warranty included in the purchase price of all products. Should you encounter any problems with your purchase, our Cisco-certified staff can resolve any issues you may have. If, however, the product is defective, we offer advanced replacements and will cover all incremental shipping charges.
Returns
All non-defective items may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All defective items are covered by our lifetime warranty and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
